Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 21 September 2026Version: 2026-09-21

Scope

This policy explains how refund and cancellation questions initiated through this agency website are handled. Property deposits, booking money, commissions and transaction-specific payments can be governed by a signed agreement and applicable law.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future service or renewal according to the plan and billing state shown in the subscription interface. Cancelling does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been validly incurred.

Refund requests

Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, charges for a service that failed to provision, or other circumstances where applicable law requires a refund can be reviewed through the published support channel. Provide the account/business name, payment reference, amount, date and reason without sending card secrets or passwords.

Non-refundable items

Unless applicable law, the checkout disclosure or a signed agreement provides otherwise, consumed service periods, completed professional work, third-party pass-through fees and completed property services are not automatically refundable merely because the customer later changes their mind.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original or otherwise authorised payment method where practical. Bank, mobile-financial-service and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
