Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to interfere with security, access another person's account, scrape restricted data, upload malicious material, or use the service to mislead others.

Property descriptions, availability, measurements, prices and media are informational unless expressly incorporated into a signed transaction document. Visitors should independently verify title, approvals, measurements, taxes, fees and other material facts before entering a transaction. Submitting a form does not by itself create a property sale, lease or brokerage contract.

Platform users are responsible for account credentials, authorised staff access and the content they publish. Trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation and plan-entitlement rules displayed at checkout or in the subscription screen form part of the service terms.

Users must only publish text, photographs, video, trademarks and other material they own or are authorised to use. The platform software, design system and platform-owned content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

The service may be updated, maintained, suspended for security or entitlement reasons, or changed to meet legal and technical requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless a mandatory rule or signed agreement requires otherwise, these terms are governed by applicable law of Bangladesh. Parties should first use the published support/contact channel to try to resolve a dispute before pursuing available formal remedies.
